HAVERHILL – Jennie (Sudol) Nowicki, 100 years old, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018, at Penacook Place with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late John Nowicki who passed away in 1998.
She was born and raised in Haverhill, daughter of Valentine and Sophia Sudol and graduated from Haverhill High School in 1936. Upon graduation she enrolled in a cosmetology school in Boston and then shortly thereafter opened her own beauty parlor in Bradford for more than 50 years.
Mrs. Nowicki enjoyed dancing the polka and, she and her husband John, followed local polka bands throughout the area.
