Jennie married Doug Fisher on December 10, 1982, in Gladstone, MO. He preceded her in death on June 17, 2006. Also preceding her in death were her parents; grandson Brian Barrett; two brothers, Ed Thompson and “Little” Joe Thompson; and a sister Mary Phillips.
Jennie is survived by daughters Ania Marie and husband Ryan Cackler, Billi Jo and husband John Buschmann, Kimberly Kay and husband Ray Dunlap, Cindy Lynn Ridout and fiancé Scott Angle, Sarah Dawn Barrett. Siblings Donald Renner and wife Charlotte, John Thompson, Patricia Fisher, and Mike Thompson and wife Lori, and dear friend Tony Massman, 12 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Jennie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all. She was a woman of strong faith who lived by Christian values and morals. She will be missed by all who knew her.
