Jeffrey M. Roy, 62, of Ashford, CT passed away on March 13, 2017. He was born in Harford, CT, and graduated from South Windsor High School. He served in the Army National Guard, worked as a rigger and crane operator most of his life.
Jeffrey was predeceased by his father John Roy. He leaves behind his girlfriend of 18 years Deborah Ann Chappell of Ashford, CT; his mother Barbara Roy; sister Kim Zitani and her husband Chris Zitani, and 2 nephews, Matthew and Shaun all of Port St. Lucie, FL. He also leaves his brother Mark Roy of South Windsor, CT and best friend Dave Guiles of Ashford, CT. He will be missed.
