Our beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Brother, uncle and so much more, passed away on October 23, 2016. He was born on May 1, 1957 to Shirley and Laverl Hall. Jeff married his sweetheart Kim, on March 26, 1977.
He lived his whole life in Ogden. Jeff was one of a kind, and he loved his family dearly. He loved his blues music. He was always there to help, talk, or just listen. He was a master drywaller and was known as the best there was. He was like a dad to so many. People loved going to concerts with him and said he just got cooler with age.
He is survived by his wife Kim; daughters, Jodi (Josh) Paskett, Mindy (Jeff) Bukovick; grandchildren, Jordan, Jayden, Jarikka, and Lucas; sister, Sherry (Ralph) Owens; brothers, Ron (Becky) Hall, Dennis (Susan) Hall, Mark (Sharon) Hall, and Robert Johnson; his in-laws, Lynn and Jackie Neilson, Rod Neilson, and Roxanne Fernandez.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one close brother-law Eddie Fernandez.
