Jeannine (Chapman) Pitkin, 77, of Rocky Hill, beloved fiancee of Rev. Dr. Robert O. Decker, passed away on Tuesday, May 11th at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Williams) Chapman. Jeannine grew up in Wethersfield and graduated Wethersfield High School. She had lived in Old Lyme, Cromwell and Florida until moving to Rocky Hill with her fiance for the past several years.
