Jeanne Norma Wheeler went peacefully from home to join our Heavenly Father on February 29, 2012. She was born to Elmon and Irene Ness in South Dakota on September 4, 1932. She was raised in Minnesota and came to Idaho to attend college at NNU. Jeanne loved Idaho and her grandparents, parents, and brother soon followed.
Jeanne loved her family, friends, and career with Continental John Alden Insurance, from which she retired. She was a loving Mother of eight children and a devoted Wife, Sister, and Daughter. Jeanne leaves an indelible legacy and forever holds a very dear spot in the hearts of all whose lives she has touched.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Julie Anne Brinegar; and her grandparents, William and Sara Crooker. She is survived by her loving and adoring husband of 43 years, Jack Wheeler; her children, Joy and Leo Bailey; Mary and Dave Eklund; Ed and Jacki Brinegar; John and Mary Brinegar; Holly Rich; Monica and Scylor Fults; and Ken and Nancy Brinegar; her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Sharon Ness; her former husband and friends, Claude Brinegar, Jr and Betty McEuen; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 8 nieces and 10 nephews.
