Jeanette Mercogliano, formerly of Florence died Friday August 7, 2015 at the Masonic Home of NJ in Burlington Twp. at the age of 95. Born in Queens, NY, Jeanette grew up in Ozone Park, Queens, NY. She lived for many years in Smithtown, NY before moving to Florence, NJ where she was a longtime resident before moving to the Masonic Home. She worked as a pattern maker in the garment district in New York City until her retirement.
She was a parishioner of the St. Katharine Drexel Parish, St. Paul R.C. Church in Burlington. Wife of the late Louis Mercogliano, Jeanette was also predeceased by her siblings, Helen Sciacca, Rita Rubin and Francis Ferrara. She is survived by her nephews James Rubin and John Rubin, her nieces Frances Cladek, Kathryn Sheehan, Janet Swanson, Mary Ruff, Steff Bambina, Karly Nevarez and Pam Featherington.
