Jeanette Jagiello (nee Kozak) of Miami Beach, formerly of Chicago, passed away at home on November 28th shortly after celebrating her 82nd birthday.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her beloved husband Walter E. Jagiello, well-known polka song writer and musician Li’l Wally. Jeanette and Wally produced and starred in a popular radio program in Chicago during the sixties where she was affectionately known as Polka Jeanette. Together, they owned and operated Jay Jay Records, producing and selling recordings by Wally and a number of other recording artists.
Jeanette is survived by her brother John, her sister Dorothy Flanagan (Terry), and her nephew Brian Gaden.
