Jean Wilson Raper, age 80, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Porter Raper; son, Thomas Gary Gobble; and daughter, Freida Dawn Gobble.
Mrs. Raper is survived by her children, Lisa Adams, Canton, GA and Joyce Martin, Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Michael and Katie Adams, Euharlee, GA, Corey, and Shonda Adams, Dallas, GA, Kimberly, and Brian Dobbins, Cumming, GA and Madison Martin, Lawrenceville, GA; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Lavin, Port Orange, FL; several nieces, nephews, and cousins and her church family.
Mrs. Raper was born July 15, 1940, in Salisbury, NC.
She was a 1958 graduate of Spencer High School in East Spencer, NC. She was retired from Aramark Company. Mrs. Raper was a member of Duncan Creek Congregational Church in Buford, GA.
