Jean (Moore) Dowell, 77, of Ingalls, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. She was born September 30, 1934 in Bainbridge, Indiana to the late Charles and Hazel (Prewitt) Moore. Jean was a homemaker and had also worked as a caregiver in the home health care field.
She is survived by her husband Leo F. Dowell whom she married November 9, 1959, sons: Joseph Paul “JP” Dowell and Ronnie Jenkins and granddaughter Ashley Jenkins.
Jean was preceded in death by daughter Debbie Arend and siblings: Charles Moore, Susie Ballenger, Marvin Moore, Lula Belle Jenkins and Loretta Moore.
