Jay Albert Kirven passed away peacefully on Nov. 17, 2021. of Woodlyn, Pa. Jay was the band director for Garnet Valley High School for 22 years. He received his master’s degree from West Chester. His early years he was in a band called the Fall Guys. His passion was jazz. His favorite instrument was the piano. Loving father of the late Stephanie Lynn Digan, son of the late Clarence & Lilly Mae Kirven, brother of the late Dolores Denton Busker. Survivors: Devoted husband of Lois Eugenia (nee Edwards). Cherished grandfather of Tyler.
