Jarrilyn led a life of giving joy, making every moment memorable with tenacity. She was born in the 9th Ward of the infamous New Orleans, LA. Born to Emile and Beatrice Desvignes on April 7, 1946, she and all 11 of her brothers and sisters resided together and lived joyous. After New Orleans, she found herself in Long Island, NY, where she received her Phlebotomy certification and proceeded to work in health care. She then traveled to Jacksonville, FL, with her family. Her best friends (sisters) were never far from her. Jarrilyn’s final stop was Atlanta, GA. Where she has left siblings, children, grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews. Her presence will always be missed and the memories made will forever be cherished.
