Janice Lynne (Knight) Tridle, age 72, passed away September 27, 2015, at Canon Lodge Care Center in Canon City, Colorado. She was born May 12, 1943 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Nathan C. and Frances M. (Crow) Knight. Jan graduated from Widefield High School in 1961 and, after attending Draughon’s Business College in Nashville, Tennessee, she began a career in the Secretarial field. For several years, she was employed by Promise Keepers in Denver, Colorado, a position that she dearly loved. While there, she made many life long friends and enjoyed traveling to conferences in Vancouver, BC, and South Africa. She met the love of her life and best friend, Robert H. “Bob” Tridle, in 1983. Together, they shared a love of the Colorado mountains and enjoyed dancing to classic country music. Bob preceded her in death in 1990. Jan moved to Canon City in 2004 and, before her retirement, was employed by the law firm of Fredrickson, Johnson and Belveal.
