Janice Geary, 67, of Centralia, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Odin Healthcare Center. Janice was born September 26, 1951, in Salem, the daughter of Eugene Arnold and Marian J. (Blankenship) Arnold.
She married Donald Bruce Geary on October 20, 1979, in Iuka and he preceded her in death on December 10, 2013. Janice is survived by her two children: Matthew Geary of Edwardsville and Jennifer Jarvis and husband Robert of Winter Gardens, Florida; a brother: Clyde Arnold and wife Sue of Iuka; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son: Christopher Geary, and a brother: Jim Arnold. Janice enjoyed gardening and planting flowers. She also enjoyed tending to her cats. While her children were active in the band, she always made sure to participate in those activities. Janice’s family meant everything to her.
