JANEY STARKS, age 30 of Reston, Virginia died Saturday, August 3, 2002 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. Ms. Starks was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Reston Stake. Survivors include her parents, Mary L. Starks and Tony Martinez, of Reston, three sisters, Jacquelyn Odessa Starks, Mamie Rosetta Starks and Mildred Elizabeth Starks, all of Manassas, two brothers, Robert Starks, Jr. and Michael Joseph Starks, both of Front Royal and a host of other relatives and friends.
