Janet Washington Tobler, age 68, of Eatonton, GA, passed away peacefully the afternoon of Wednesday, August 17, 2022 with the love of her family and closest friends surrounding her at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
A native of Jackson, GA, she was born November 13,1953 to the late Stanley Allmon Washington and Sue Potts Washington. She was a graduate of Jackson High School and Georgia Baptist School of Nursing. Her career was exciting and decorated with accomplishments for a 47-year duration, until her well-deserved retirement in March of 2019. She met and married the love of her life and best friend, Neal Richard Tobler of Eatonton, GA who preceded her in death in February of 2018. After retirement she enjoyed keeping her grandson, Ezra, kayaking on Lake Oconee, and working in her garden.
