Janet Ruth (Hendricks) Clouser, age 78, of Nevada, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Janet was born on June 2, 1941 to her parents, Omer Marble Hendricks and Anna Faye (Stout) Hendricks.
Janet attended Windfall High School.
Janet had several hobbies she enjoyed. She was a big Nascar fan, and was able to attend many races. She loved playing bingo, euchre and rummy. Card games were her favorite family event…there were so many hours of fun spent through the years around the table enjoying a good game. When Janet wasn’t entertaining her family with a good game, you could have found her baking for them. She made the absolute best pumpkin bread!
Janet could be described as being fiercely independent and strong-willed throughout her life. She was hard working, and very dedicated to her family. Nothing in this life was more important to her than being a good mother and grandmother to her children. Janet’s family all admired and respected her resilient spirit!
Those left to carry on Janet’s legacy of love are her children, Tim (Cathy) Clouser of Tipton, IN, Randy (Donna) Clouser of Leesburg, Georgia, Tony (Debbie) Clouser of Nevada, IN and Jacqui Clouser of Nevada, IN; grandchildren, Travis (Tera) Clouser, Alicia Lintz, Maegan (Cory) Summerlin, Lindsey (Brandon) Ezell, Corey (Hannah) Clouser, Jarrod (Tori) Hearn, Matt Clouser and Josh Clouser; as well as many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Omer Marble Hendricks and Anna Faye (Stout) Suter, as well as her sister, Patricia Gieda and great grandson Ashten Drake Fallin.
