Passed away Thursday morning, June 1, 2017. Janet was born May 8, 1936, in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of the late Levi and Emma (Jensen) Strong.
She was a member of Hope Reformed Church and spent several years working at Wendy’s where she was known as the “Mint Lady”. Janet loved spending time attending and cheering for her grandchildren at their various sporting activities. She also enjoyed spending time knitting. On October 6, 1956, she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Glenn Roberts, who preceded her in death on December 25, 2010.
Janet was also preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Lee Roberts.
Surviving are her children, Jerry Roberts, David (Carol) Roberts, Deb (Jerry) Havenaar, Diane (Gordon) Henderson; 13 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
