Janet E. (McNeil) Rega of Plymouth, formerly of Dedham passed away at Life Care Center in Plymouth on November 25, 2021 at the age of seventy-one. She was the beloved wife of the late James Rega; loving mother of Kevin Parker and his wife Marilyn of Jamaica Plain, and the late Brian Parker, survived by his wife, Amanda of Plymouth; cherished grandmother of Mackenzie, Ryan, Cameron, Sidney, Taylor, Finn, Julia and Harrison. She was the sister of Paul McNeil and his wife Cris of Norton, Nancy Cunniff and her husband Ed of Mansfield, Brian McNeil and his wife Laurie of Norwood, and Karen Granville and her husband Peter of Franklin. Janet was also the loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.Janet was born on June 30, 1950 in Boston to the late William and Eileen (Norton) McNeil. She was a graduate of Hyde Park High School and Lasell University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Janet worked for many years as a nurse at the Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and gardening.
