Janet K. (Brueck) Lozmack, 62, of Galien, Michigan, passed away Thursday morning, July 28, 2005, at her home with family by her side.Janet was born July 11, 1943 in Buchanan, Michigan to Peter and Millie (Freehling) Brueck. She graduated from Western Michigan University and married her friend and soul mate since kindergarten, Dean Lozmack. Janet taught elementary school for a few years in Baroda and Benton Harbor before starting her family.
Janet, along with her husband Dean, owned and operated their dairy farm, where she enjoyed spending time with her children, Lisa (Steve) Montgomery, of Stevensville, Michigan; Denise (Tom) Sawyer of Reading, Michigan, and Steven (Cindy) Lozmack of Galien; her grandchildren, Matt and Megan Montgomery, Emma and Sophia Lozmack and Sam Sawyer; her sister Donna (Tom) Zeiger of Three Oaks, Michigan, and sister-in-law, Clem (Dennis) Brueck of St. Joseph, Michigan.Janet will be remembered as a warm and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her wonderful homemade Christmas candies and quilts will be missed.
