Janet was a smart, pretty and caring person. She grew up in Springfield graduating from Commerce High School in 1950 surrounded by her parents, brothers and sister until moving to Wilbraham in her twenties with her husband and 4 sons and eventually became the town accountant. In her fifties she moved to Dennis, MA to become the town accountant where she retired in her late sixties. She enjoyed dancing at various locations in Springfield growing up and at other places to big band music as an adult, golfing and bowling, gardening in her later years, and taking care of her large family. She is predeceased by her parents Dora and Henry Clay, brothers Bill and Robert Belmont, sister Joan Bledsoe, husband Donald and son Mark. She leaves behind her brother Henry Clay, sons Lee, Glen and Robert, daughter-in-laws Elizabeth, Catherine and Judith, and grandchildren Madelyn, Lauren, Abraham, Benjamin, Sara, Rachel, Brian and great grand-daughter Lilyanne. She is loved by and will be missed by many.
