Jane L. Steele, age 89, passed away at her home on Friday, September 18, 2009. Born in Ponca City, OK on February 2, 1920, Jane was the daughter of Slim and Rene Spicer Lancaster. Jane lived most of her life in Ponca City and was a member of the Church of Christ in Ponca City. Jane recently moved to Boerne, Texas to be near her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Donald Steele. Jane is survived by her children, Greg Steele and his wife D”Ann and Beverly Steele; nieces, Linda Dennis and Janis Walters; nephew, Stephen Bloss.
