Jane A. Warren, 70, of Neptune, NJ passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ.  She was born on August 28, 1944 in Boardman, FL to James Edmond and Viola Walker.

She attended Fessenden High School, Martin Florida and graduated from Bossier High School, Bossier City, Louisiana in 1961.  Jane moved to NJ and attended Brick Computer Science Institute, Brick, NJ where she obtained her computer certification.

She was employed as a software tester for AT&T in Lincoft, NJ for 18 years before retiring in 1998.  Jane was a long time member of Second Baptist Church, Asbury Park, NJ where she served as a Trustee, President of the First Aid, and in the Food Ministry.  She was a member of the Eastern Star, and Elks serving as Chaplain – Pride of Asbury Park Temple #64, Public Relations Chair-Mary Hightower Dist. Council, NJ State Presidents Club, Past Grand DGT Rulers Circle, Antler Guard Marching Unit-Maggie G. Hill #2105, and Eastern Division Antlered Guard Dept.-I.B.P.O. Elks of the World and NJ Brigade.

Jane married Robert L. Warren of St. Petersburg, FL in 1972 and they were married for 43 years.  She was predeceased by her parents; three brothers, James Harmon, Warren Harmon, Billy Harmon; and one sister, Linda K. Sheffield. 

She is survived by her children, Carol Warren Johnson (Leonard-NJ), Robert Warren, Jr. (Charisse – NJ); three grandchildren, Lai’Lonni Childers, Kayla and Kya Warren; one brother, Jimmy Walker (MD); four sisters, Alease Harmon (FL), Carolyn Waites (Ernest-VA), Rosemary Taylor (FL), Patricia Mann (FL);  one godson, Denzel Grant; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
