James Maurice Yarbrough, age 83, of Birmingham, passed away October 7, 2012. Mr. Yarbrough was Assistant Vice President with 1st National Bank of Birmingham, Student Loan Officer with Amsouth, Financial Aid Officer with Jefferson State, and helped create the Student Loan program with the State of Alabama. He was preceded in death by his daughter Denise Yarbrough, and parents Elmer Yarbrough and Lelles Breland.
