James Lee Williamson, age 70, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Born on June 15, 1938, he was the son of Leslie and Esther Frye Williamson. A resident of Boerne since 1996, he had previously lived in Las Vegas, Nevada. A Veteran of the U. S. Army, he served during the Viet Nam War and was a prisoner of war for 7 months. Preceded in death by his parents; son, Milo Goodale and brother, Dr. Robert Leslie Williamson, Mr. Williamson is survived by his wife, Marla; son, Steven Eugene Williamson; daughters, Leslie Gay Sanders and Stacy Ann Shoeman; grandchildren, Candice Ann Leavitt, Chaleigh Kaye Craft, and Matthew James Craft; sister, Joan Hayes.
