James William Toppas 68 of West Terre Haute went to be with the lord on
April 22, 2012 in St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis at 4:47am. He was born
Aug 12, 1943 in Jacksonville to William Henry Toppas and Chlotine Wilson
Toppas. He was in the U.S. Airforce. He was a INC Tech at the Wabash
River Generating Station.
Blanford. He was also a member of the Jerusalem Lodge #99 F&AM and a
and the Francis Vigo Italian American Club. He loved doing for others and he
enjoyed dancing.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He was a loving husband to Virginia Baratto Toppas of West Terre Haute and
a loving father to James “Jamie” Toppas II & fiance Tracie Christensen of Clinton,
and Jacob Toppas & wife Sarah of Terre Haute, and April Stinnett & husband
Telly of Moses Lake, WA. A grandson Brice Toppas of Clinton. Also Jim’s
special children Laura Millikin-Kazmierowicz, Kristin Millikin, Jessica Trandel
and Heidi & Dave Kerr and their children; Stephen, Matthew, Ian and Izaak Kerr.
Also, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
