James W. “Bill” Mundy, 72, of Graham died at his residence on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 8:35 a.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Libby Mundy, who survives and the son of the late James Willard Mundy and Annie Leigh Crutchfield Mundy, who survives. Mr. Mundy was a retired vocational trade teacher at Southern Alamance High School and Western Alamance High School. He was a member of Swepsonville Baptist Church. He was an avid golfer with a long-standing group of loved golf buddies.
In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include two daughters, Missy Pyecha and husband George of Pittsboro and Leigh Counts and husband Ray of Greensboro; granddaughter, Halle Counts of Greensboro; special canine, Buddy; and many beloved cousins, aunts and uncles.
