JR was a carpenter working throughout Ocean County, but his passions were fishing, riding his quads and dirt bikes and his dog Ally.
JR is survived by his loving parents James R. Sr. and Lynn (Petenbrink). Two sisters Michelle Monson and her husband Austin, Heather Robertsdahl and her husband Logan and a niece Mallory, maternal grandmother Katherine Capista and her husband Carlo, grandfather Robert Tice Sr. His girlfriend and constant companion Kayla Bunn and many uncles, aunts and cousins who all loved him.
