James Phillip Joseph, age 59, of Chantilly, VA passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the Inova Fairfax Hospital. He was born on September 10, 1957 in Holden, WV the son of the late Benjamin and Ellen (Vance) Joseph. He was the owner of J J Office Solutions in Manassas, VA. Survivors include his fiancé, Joye Daugherty of Chantilly, VA; two sons, Roy Joseph and wife Elizabeth of Strasburg, VA and Brian Joseph and wife Jennifer of Huntsville, OH; four grandchildren, Ashleigh, Serra, Andrew and Madison Joseph; one sister, Deborah Chavez of Norfolk, VA.
