James Paul Fulghum, Jr., age 73, passed away Friday morning at Wayne/UNC Healthcare. He was the son of the late James Paul Fulghum, Sr. and Beatrice M. Fulghum.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Weeks & husband, Allan; sisters, Glenda May, Patsy Anderson and Helen Ellingson; brother, Wesley Thompson; three grandchildren, Emersen King, Anastyn King and Mason Weeks: his special canine companion, “Max”; along with several nephews and nieces.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, James Paul Fulghum, III.
