James O. Howard, 80, Indianapolis, passed away January 10, 2013. He was born October 30, 1932 in Indianapolis to the late William and Nora Rooks Howard. He was a 1950 graduate of Southport High School and was in the National Honor Society as the most outstanding student of his graduating class. He was employed 34 years at Chevrolet Truck and Bus retiring in 1987 in the Financial Department.
