James Martin Lynch of Colchester, CT, collapsed and died suddenly at his home on June 10, 2015, his 58th birthday. He was born in 1957 to the late Martin and Joan Lynch and brought up in Ledyard, CT, graduating from Ledyard Senior High School in 1975. Slightly delayed by his teenager need to defy expectations and live a little dangerously, he went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Bentley University in Waltham, MA, in 1981. As an adult, Jim blossomed into becoming the thoroughly good man that he was (a description, however, that would have made him roll his eyes had it been said in his presence). Jim was smart and quietly ambitious.
