James Johnson was born to Della Johnson and Ronald Turner in Columbus, Ohio on June 1, 1972. James lived his life without limits and loved to have a good time wherever he went. He never met a stranger. James aka Jay, had many passions but most of all he loved to shoot pool, play spades, go fishing and eat. Despite his cocky attitude, Jay was a kindhearted man who loved all his family tremendously… especially the kids!
James is proceeded in death by his grandmother: Mary Johnson; brother: Ronald Johnson and aunt: Alberta Johnson.
Those left to cherish his memory include Mother: Della Johnson; Father: Ronald Turner; Sons: James and Brandie Booker and Derrell and Te’Ona Booker and Josiah Johnson; Daughters: Samone and Samiyah Wagoner and Jayionoona Johnson; Grandchildren: Trinity, Amarjay, Jamariontae, Lamariontae, D’Reice, Shamyra, Emmariona, James Jr, Jayonna, Kae’Marian, My’Liyah, Marayshiona, Ty’Haun, Saniyah, Ma’Kiyah, Ah’Dynasti and Nia’Miyah; Brothers: Terry and Lester Johnson; Sister: Sherry Johnson; Special friends: Josia Kent and Alexis Russell. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
