Born on March 20, 1962 in Bridgeport to the late William F. and Ramona Hughes, he lived his whole life in Milford. Jimmy was an only child. He owned a pet store and also worked as a mortgage broker for many years. He had special friends, Dave, Penny, and Khan who lived with Jim and his mother; they were like family.
