JAMES D. HELVEY, JR., age 78 of Manassas, Virginia died Sunday, June 1, 2003 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. Mr. Helvey was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Alexandria, Virginia, The American Legion, Springfield, Virginia and the V.F.W., Edinburg, Virginia. Survivors include his wife, Betty Helvey, daughter, Diane Helvey, three sisters, Ann, Flora and Elizabeth and sister-in-law, Peggy Morrison and her husband, Donald and their family.
