James Edward Godush, age 76, went to his heavenly home Saturday, August 13th. He was born August 15th, 1939 in St. Joseph, Michigan to the late John Godush and Mabel Beckman. He was preceded in death by one son, Chris Godush. James was a devoted member of the Masonic Lodge where he was a 32nd degree mason. He loved to spend time in his garden and fishing in a nearby pond and was an avid hunter. James was a loving husband, father, and a man or great integrity.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of fiftey-five years Mary Godush of Ida, Arkansas; sons, James Godush Steven Godush, and Richard Godush; daughter, Cynthia Dallas; brothers, John Godush, Louie Godush, George Godush, Jerry Godush, David Godush, and Randy Godush; sisters Anna Mae Yaeger and Martha Kavanaugh; along with eleven grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of friends and family that cared for him dearly.
