He was a former member of the Sons of the American Legion in both the Sutton and Grafton posts for many years.
Jim was the life of the party and a friend to all. He couldn’t go to the grocery store, gas station or a restaurant without running into someone who knew and loved him. He was a fantastic cook and loved the weekends when his whole family got together and shared good food, many laughs and great football, especially the Patriots, the Eagles and University of Michigan.
In addition to his parents, Jim was predeceased by his grandparents, Albert Edward Whitford and Addie Carrie (Gregson) Whitford, his Father-in-law Joseph Berube, and his dear friend Christopher “Woody” Wood.
