Reverend Mayfield was preceded in death by his parents, brothers & sisters, and one grand-son. Reverend Mayfield is survived by his wife, Ruth of Boise; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Robin Mayfield of Cascade; daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Ron Phillips of Kuna; daughter and son-in-law, Naomi and Bob Wittell of Meridian; 6 grand-children; many great-grand-children, and 1 great-great-grandchild; a sister, Lois, of Wyoming, and a host of nieces and nephews.
