James E. Stokes, age 76 of Laurel Hill, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014. He was born in Baker, Florida on June 1, 1937 to James Porter Stokes and Cennie Stokes, and he was of Baptist faith. James joined the Army and served his country and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

James’s sister, Bernice Boyd and husband Harvey Boyd; children Wanda and Mike Botts, Madison and Brandon Victor Boyd, Curtis and Tracy Boyd, Brittany and Heather Galbreath, Michael Boyd and Jesse and Eli.
