He is survived by his mother Patsy Goff of Terre Haute, 3 sisters; Dianna
& Michael Compton of AZ., Sheila Mattox of CA., and Adina Bauer of TX.
2 brothers; Charlie & Kristin Mattox of TX., and Forrest Thompson of Terre
Haute. Also, several nieces and nephews and his dog Nikita.
