James “Darry” Walker, Jr., age 52, went home to be the Lord on September 2, 2020. Darry was born on February 3, 1968 to James Darry Walker, Sr. and Anne Hewell Walker. Along with his parents, Darry is survived by his wife, Debbie Rooker Walker; children, Monica Wilson (Jeff), Tabitha Coker (Tobie), Tiffany Walker; grandchildren, Rachel Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Brooke Wilson, Emma Wilson, Isabelle Coker and Romeo Lovelady. He is also survived by his sister Renee Walker Gipson (Joey) and family. Darry was a proud Papa who absolutely loved his children and grandchildren. Darry is preceded in death by his in laws, Robert and Blanche Rooker. Darry and his wife Debbie are members of Arnco Baptist church where Darry was minister of music and used his talents for the Lord. Darry was also a proud employee of Delta Airlines as a mechanic/configuration analyst for 32 years.
