James Dale Saffran, 78, died Monday Sept. 29, 2014 in Nashville, Indiana. He was a resident of Trafalgar.
He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include, four children, Marie Saffran of Whiteland, James R. Saffran of Trafalgar, Deborah (Jim) Kindred of Brown County and Georgia Braden of California, four sisters, Elaine Pffaf of Wisconsin, Eva Babich and Betty Patula both of Illinois and Carol Dunn of Colorado, brother, Walter Saffran of Wisconsin, 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Anna (Coleman) Saffran, his wife, Peggy (Robinson) Saffran and two brothers, Leo Saffran and Harold Saffran.
