James “Jim” Edward Cessna

age, 78 of Birmingham, AL passed away on January 14, 2014. He was the former owner of Pasquale’s Pizza in Memphis, TN and Birmingham, AL. He attended NorthPark Baptist Church. He was born in Danville, IL on December 7, 1935. He enjoyed working part time with his family at Pasquale’s Pizza Gardendale. He also enjoyed Alabama Football and watching his grandson play t-ball. He was married to the love of his life Peggy. He loved his family very much and was a wonderful husband, father, papa (pops) and brother. While our hearts are saddened, Heaven has gained a special angel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Golden and Gladys Cessna; brother, Ken Cessna; and grandson, Derek Wilkinson. Jim is survived by his wife of 56 years, Peggy Loggins Cessna; daughters, Pam Wilkinson (Glenn) and Patti Cardwell (Mike); son, Mike Cessna of Pensacola, FL; sister, Patricia Nicoson of Danville, IL, Norma Clark (Everett) of Danville, IL and Carol Jones (Chuck) of Fithian, IL; brothers, Jack Cessna (Judy), Bob Cessna (Janelle) both of Danville, IL; sister-in-law, Alberta Cessna of Oakwood, IL; grandchildren, Natalie Wilkinson, Brittney Gossett, Art Bice, Morgan Lane (Doug), Anna Melissa Way (Stan), Audrey Cardwell, Kristi, Michael, and Madison Cessna; great grandchildren, Braxton and Derek; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Audrey Cessna, Vanessa and Dylan, Jeremy (JROC).
