Chad passed away on February 23, 2015 due to cardiac arrest. Chad was a 1986 graduate of Lakeland High School. He was a self-employed entrepreneur. Chad was preceded in death by his younger brother Christopher Scott Bailey and beloved grandparents. He is survived by his pride and joy, James Nicholas Bailey (Lauren), his parents James Edward and Georgeann Bailey, siblings Lisa Rodriguez-Cayro (Robert), Jessica Hadley (Tyler), and Joshua Bailey (Katie). He also leaves behind 4 nephews, 2 nieces, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Big Chad was everyone’s go to guy. He possessed the unique ability and desire to see the good in even the hardest to love individual. Chad’s joy came from helping others and knowing he had a part in brightening their life. Chad’s love for people stemmed from the love of Christ he carried in his gentle heart. Chad was the hands and feet of Jesus to all he encountered. The way in which he cared for others will be his legacy. His infectious laugh, charismatic personality, and charming sense of humor will be greatly missed by all.
