Jaime “Junior” Pinto, Jr., 49, of Newington, passed away on November 7, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Glenda (Medina) Pinto. Jaime was born in Newark, NJ on October 29, 1973, son of Jaime Pinto, Sr. and Luz Eneida Merced. He was a proud Local 326 Carpenter and as a self-proclaimed engineer, Jaime fixed whatever needed to be fixed. He loved working with his hands and was an avid mechanic. Jaime will be remembered for his ingenuity, his bravery and his strength. He was most proud of his children and grandchildren.
Along with his wife Glenda, Jaime is survived by his mother Luz Eneida Merced; sons Kelvin Perez and his wife Elena, and Elvin Perez and his girlfriend Cassie; daughter Stephanie Perez; and grandchildren Kelvin, Jr., Noah, Jacob, Alaia, and Jaxxon. He is also survived by his brothers Giovanni Andino, Luis Angel Morales and his wife Lilly, Gerardo Figueroa and his wife Monica, Jaime Enrique Pinto, and David Pinto; sisters Lourdes Pinto, Jessica Pinto, and Jackie Stephens; and nephews Saviel Gonzalez and his wife Denise, and Dariel Gonzalez and his wife Brittany. He was predeceased by his father Jaime Pinto, Sr.
