Jaime H. Saldivar, 86, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday 4.20.22.
Jaime was the Dental Department Head at TSTC for nearly 30 years. During this time, he opened his own business, Harlingen Dental Lab. He was also involved in Construction, building homes in the Treasure Hills neighborhood.
Jaime lived a very fulfilling & busy life with his family by his side. He retired in 2016 and traveled the world with his wife, Hilda. They loved to travel by cruise and visited nearly all the 7 continents this way.
He had a special love for music and painting. Jaime composed and recorded personalized songs for his wife and each of his children & grandchildren. He turned his home office into an art studio and painted up to 70 paintings which are all hung on the walls throughout his home.
Jaime studied Dentistry and was the quarterback for a University in Mexico during his college years which he was very proud of.
Jaime was given the special name, Abue, by his grandchildren which turned into the name everyone would call him.
Jaime loved to dance, sing and tell stories with a HUGE smile on his face. He was known as “The Life of the Party!”
Jaime will be forever missed and never forgotten.

**He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Hilda, his son Carlos (Kari) and daughters Lizette (Casey), Martha & Laura (Chris) and 7 grandchildren brother Dr. Enrique Saldivar (Adelita), sister Norma and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
