MUBAREK – Jadwiga (Szydlo) Mubarek, 93, wife of the late Edward M. Mubarek, died peacefully at her home in New Hartford on Monday, August 25, 2008. Jadwiga (Georgie) was born on March 23, 1915 in Burlington, CT. She was the daughter of the late Stanislaw Szydlo and Apolonia (Zima) Szydlo. She is survived by her four children and their spouses, Khoury and his wife Judith, Georgie, Helena, all of New Hartford, and Carlotta Jordan and her husband William of Flat Rock, NC. She also leaves her two grandchildren, Sarah and Edward, as well as her brother, Stanley Szydlo of Franklin, family thanks the Foothills VNA and Hospice, the New Hartford Volunteer Ambulance and is grateful for the support of family and friends.
