Jacqueline “Jackie” Sue Fleming 73 of Centralia passed away on February 20, 2012, at her home. She was born on September 17, 1938, in Harrisburg, IL, the daughter of Oran Moore and Maxine (Daniels) Moore.

She married Harry J. “Sam” Fleming on August 7, 1964, in Mt. Vernon IL and he survives in Centralia.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son James “Jim” Fleming of Centralia; a Daughter Jana Weh of Trenton; a brother Terry Moore and wife Lori of Tusan, AZ; and two sisters Betty Lou Middelton and husband Don of Centralia; Jeri Chapman and husband Rick of Salem, IL. Mrs. Fleming is also survived by grandsons Andrew and Brady Fleming of Dix; step-granddaughter Vanessa Mulvaney of Dix; and grandsons Dustin and Dylan Weh of Trenton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Jack “Butch” Moore. Jackie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she loved working outdoors in her garden. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Centralia; she also worked as a nurse’s aide at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for over twenty years.
