Jacqueline M. Adams, 58, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2006, in her home of natural causes. Jacqueline was born on December 22, 1947, in South Bend to Theophil and Evelin (Kujawa) Spychalski. She was an assistant manager with Arby’s Restaurant for many years.
Jacqueline was married to Oarton H. Adams, Jr., on October 14, 1989. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2005.
Surviving are her children, Sarah (Robert) Fava of Largo, Florida, Stacey Knowles of Clearwater, Florida, Scott (Janet) Sears of Largo, Florida; 11 grandchildren; 16 step grandchildren; her mother, Evelin Spychalski of Mishawaka, Indiana; and her brother, James “Spider” (Kathy Payne) Spychalski of South Bend, Indiana. A son, Gene Edwin “Eddie” Sears, Jr. preceded her in death in 2003.
Jacqueline was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in South Bend. She loved her dogs.
