Winsted: Jacqueline H. “Jackie” Atkins, 68, of 151 Moore Avenue, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2008, following a short illness. She was the wife of Donald Atkins. Born in Trenton, NJ, April 17, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert and Pansy Hubert. Prior to her illness she had worked in the cafeteria at Northwest Regional School #7, for 34 years. In addition to her husband of 47 years, she is survived by her daugher, Lori Slavis of Winsted; her son David Atkins of Rochester, NH and 2 granddaughters, Katie and Taylor Atkins both of Rochester, NH. She was predeceased by her sister, Suzanne O’Kelley.
